NXT UK Coverage: Backlog Recap

This week we were treated to a few previously unaired matches in NXT UK’s back catalog. It was a pleasant surprise to see faces like Matt Riddle and the Street Profits take on the UK’s best and brightest.

Matches:

Finn Balor vs. Kenny Williams 3/7/20: The Lucky Yin threw all he had at the Prince. Unfortunately, a Coup de Gras followed up by 1916 put Williams away.

Rhea Ripley vs. Nina Samuels 10/5/20: Ripley dropped Samuels with an emphatic Riptide for a clean win.

Killian Dain vs. “The Kiwi Buzzsaw” Travis Banks 6/16/19: As always, Banks put everything he had in the bout, but Dain’s power advantage was too much to overcome. The Beast of Belfast flattened the Kiwi Buzzsaw with a Vaderbomb for the pinfall victory 

Matt Riddle and the Street Profits: Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford vs. Joseph Conners and Grizzled Young Veterans: Zack Gibson and James Drake: The babyfaces triumphed over the slimy heels in a twenty-minute clinic. Riddle followed up a Spinebuster and Frog Splash with a Bro Derek to secure the win.
