AEW Dark Results: Beefy Card

Dark was eight straight matches and once again the action was solid and it was nice to see the Champ show up on the B-show, and in a near fifteen-minute match as well.

Matches:

Low Rida and Fuego Del Sol vs. SCU: Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky: SCU scored a dominant victory with SCU Later.

Lee Johnson vs. Five w/ the Dark Order: Ten, Alex Reynolds, and John Silver: Johnson put up more of a fight than Five expected, but Dark Order’s newest member eventually got it done with a modified Lungblower. The rest of the faction picked Johnson’s bones to the delight of Brodie Lee.

Musa and Brady Pierce vs. Santana and Ortiz: The boys from the 212 new-found aggressive streak has paid dividends, adding another mark in the win column with the Street Sweeper.

Pineapple Pete and Anthony Catena vs. The Butcher and The Blade: Butcher and Blade made mincemeat of Pete and Catena. BnB hit Catena with Full Death to score the pinfall victory.

Zack Clayton vs. QT Marshall w/ Allie, Dustin Rhodes, and Brandi Rhodes: Allie gave Marshall the assist without him knowing by grabbing Clayton’s foot to give Marshall time to set up a second rope Cutter for the win.

Sonny Kiss vs. “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels: These two put on a great match that CD would take with Angel’s Wings.

Brandon Cutler and Peter Avalon w/ “the Librarian” Leva Bates vs. Jurassic Express: “Mr. Fun Size” Marko Stunt and Luchasaurus w/ Jungle Boy: Avalon and Cutler couldn’t neutralize Luchasaurus and the proved to be their downfall. The big man assisted Mr. Fun Size with a Chokeslam followed up with a standing Shooting Star Press to pin Avalon.

Robert “Ego” Anthony vs. the AEW World Champion: Jon Moxley: Mox beat Anthony all over ringside while Taz and Cage watched the carnage, though the newcomer put up more of a fight than anyone expected. Eventually, the Champ forced Anthony to tap with a Cloverleaf.
