AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen Results: Mox Retains

Fight for the Fallen was great a great show from top to bottom. Every match was good to great. The highlight of the night was when Orange Cassidy dumped orange juice on Chris Jericho.

Matches:

TNT Championship Match: “The Concrete Rose” Sonny Kiss vs. The TNT Champion: “The American Nightmare” Cody w/ “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson: Cody’s head wasn’t fully in the game and Kiss had him on the ropes the whole match. The grandson of a plumber snapped and hit a CrossRhodes out of nowhere to retain his title.

The Lucha Bros: Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix w/ The Butcher and The Blade vs. FTR: Dax Hardwood and Cash Wheeler: These teams went to war. Hardwood resorted to stealing Fenix’s mask and rolling him up to steal the win. After the bell, the Young Bucks snuck up on BnB with a pair of Superkicks. The Elite then made their way to the ring with FTR’s keys to their truck and a few beers. Hardwood and Wheeler dumped the Miller’s on Omega’s head and drove off into the night.

The Elite: The Young Bucks: Nick and Matt Jackson, and Kenny Omega vs. Jurassic Express: Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy, and Marko Stunt: Stunt took the beating of a lifetime, eating multiple V-Triggers and finally a One-Winged Angel to put the match to bed. Omega snapped and the Bucks had to pull him off of the kid.

The Nightmare Sisters: Brandi Rhodes and Allie w/ “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes vs. Kenzie Paige and MJ Jenkins: Paige and Jenkins barely got any offense in. Rhodes and Allie looked like stars in the bout, with Allie eventually scoring the pinfall victory with the Elbow Drop Neckbreaker.

AEW World Championship Match: The FTW Champion: “The Machine” Brian Cage w/ Taz vs. The AEW World Champion: Jon Moxley: Cage was easily the toughest challenge put in Mox’s way to date. Eventually, the Champ locked the Machine in an Armbar but Cage refused to tap. Taz was forced to throw in the towel or risk re-tearing Cage’s bicep. The FTW Champ didn’t take losing well and tried to go after Mox but Darby Allin made his return to fend him off with his skateboard.
