Although there was plenty of old-school TNA/Impact moments shown this week, absolutely in an effort to connect new fans with the legacy of the product, Impact still delivered a quality show with some solid in-ring work and focused on every title division in one way or another. However it was, of course, the promo of AEW Champion Kenny Omega that stole the show before Final Resolution.
Matches:
Josh Alexander w/Ethan Page vs. Chris Sabin w/Alex Shelley: Page inadvertently distracted his own teammate, allowing Sabin to win with the Rollup.
Brian Myers vs. TJP: Perkins was game, but Myers used the bottom rope to steal the win.
Cody Deaner w/Cousin Jake vs. Eric Young w/Joe Doering: Young got the win with the Piledriver and Doering beat on Cousin Jake before Rhino made the save.
Impact Women’s Tag Team Tournament: Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie vs. Impact Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo and Kimber Lee: Rosemary picked up the win to advance her team. With the loss, it appeared Kimber’s place with Deonna is in serious jeopardy.
Willie Mack and Impact Champion Rich Swann vs. TNA Champion Moose and Chris Bey: Moose dominated and took out Swann with a Lights out Spear and Bey cleaned up and earned the win.
