AEW Dynamite Coverage: Murderhawk Time

Plenty of attention to the mid-card set plenty of fun storyline in motion, including developments in the Women’s Eliminator tournament and the ongoing feud between Team Taz and Sting/Darby Allin.

Matches:

Jon Moxley vs. Ryan Nemeth: A Paradigm Shift gave Mox the win in a match Nemeth only landed a few strikes in.

Varsity Blonds: Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison vs. Brian Cage and Ricky Starks w/Taz: Pillman Jr. and Garrison are a solid team, but The Drill Claw ended their night. After the match, Sting and Darby Allin cleared house in a way that can only be described as Old-School Crow Sting personified.

Jake Hager vs. Brandon Cutler: Hager won with a Clothesline and after the match, The Inner Circle beat on Cutler. The Young Bucks made the save, but MJF and Chris Jericho were a step ahead, having already beaten Matt and Nick’s father backstage.

Hangman Adam Page vs. Isiah Kassidy w/Matt Hardy and TH2: Angelico and Jack Evans: Page won with Deadeye and after the match, Hardy attacked 5 with a chair.

Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament: Dr. Britt Baker vs. Nyla Rose: Baker kicked out of one Beast Bomb and couldn’t get the submit with Lockjaw. Another Beast Bomb earned Rose the win.

Lance Archer w/Jake the Snake Roberts vs. Rey Fenix: This was a far, but Fenix was out-powered and that was the difference as Archer won with Black Out to advance to the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match.
