Impact Coverage: Building the Middle of the Card

While most of the attention was paid to the mid-card, this week’s Impact was a solid one that sets up plenty of new storylines.

Matches:

Josh Alexander vs. X-Division Champion TJP: Alexander brought it hard, but a Pump-Handle Suplex, Detnation Kick and Mamba gave TJP the hard-fight win.

Daivari vs. Suicide vs. Willie Mack vs. Trey Miguel: A fun one among some mid-carders with potential. The Top-Rope Double Knee gave Miguel the win.

Hernandez w/ Brian Myers vs. Matt Cardona: Cardona got the win, but was attacked after and saved by Eddie Edwards.

Reno Scum: Adam Thornstowe and Luster the Legend vs.  IWGP tag Team Champions: Finn Juice: Juice Robinson and David Finlay: Reno didn’t lay down but Finally and Robinson won with the Suplex and Splash. After the match, The Good Brothers hit the ring and the two teams trash talk.

Nevaeh vs. Tenille Dashwood w/Kaleb: Help from Kaleb gave Dashwood the opportunity she needed to land the big Dropkick for the win.

Hardcore Match: Moose vs. Tommy Dreamer: Dreamer did everything but win. A Spear and Urinage from a busted up Moose gave him the win in a match that proved he could hang with a hardcore legend.
