WWE RAW Coverage: Lashley Makes a Point

RAW’s mid-card is a mess. They’re trying. But the United States Title doesn’t mean much and Bobby Lashley vs. Goldberg makes the WWE Title feel like a second tier title next to Finn Balor or John Cena vs. Roman Reigns. At this point, RAWis the clear B-show.

Matches:

Damian Priest vs. United States Champion Sheamus: Sheamus hit a ton of offense, but Priest got the win with the Roll the Dice variation in a non-title match.

RAW Tag Team Champions Omos and AJ Styles vs. The Viking Raiders: Erik and Ivar: A 450 from Styles after a Giant Body Slam from Omos gave the Champs the hard-fought win.

Drew McIntyre vs/Veer with Shanky and Jinder Mahal: Mahal had his lawyer in the ring at the start of the match, but McIntyre kicked his ass after the bell and got the win with a chair-assisted Claymore.

Eva Marie and Piper Niven vs. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina Snuka: A distraction from Alexa Bliss cost Eva Marie and Niven the match as Tamina won with a Super Kick.

NXT Champion Karrion Kross vs. Keith Lee: Lee didn’t give up, but Kross dominated and won with a Saito Suplex and the Kross Jacket.

Mace and T-Bar vs. Mansoor and Mustafa Ali: Ali got destroyed but Mansoor stole the match with a sloppy Rollup.

WWE Champion Bobby Lashley w/MVP vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Shelton Benjamin: Lashley hit the Jackhamer on Benjamin and the Dominator on Alexander for the win.

John Morrison w/The Miz vs. Riddle: Interference from AJ Styles and Omos allowed Morrison to hit the Hangman’s Urinage and the Starship Pain for the win. After the bell, Styles hit the Styles Clash.

24/7 Champion Reginald vs. R-Truth: Lots of flips and spots before Reginald won with the Rollup and then freed the rest of the 24/7 challengers.

RAW Women’s Champion: Nikki ASH vs. Charlotte Flair: ASH went for the top rope Crossbody but Flair reversed it for the win.
