Heatwave delivered thanks to fresh new faces and some quality in-ring action.

Matches:

NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes w/Trick Williams vs. Giovanni Vinci: Trick Williams played a role as Vinci should have won but Melo got the Hurricanrana win. A great opener and hopefully the start of a new feud.

Roxanne Perez vs. Cora Jade: Perez couldn’t put Jade away and Jade won with the DDT on the Kendo stick (in the ref’s plain sight.)

Street Fight: Santos Escobar vs. Tony D’Angelo: This was a war that D’Angelo won with a Crowbar- ending Escobar’s time in NXT.

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose vs. Zoey Stark: It took Rose a pair of Bicycle Knees to beat Stark.

NXT Champion Bron Breakker vs. JD McDonagh: Breakker won, but it took everything he had. Tyler Bate hit the ring afterward to tease the future.
