The Go Home Show for Clash at the Castle was intense. Filled with solid in-ring action and some curse-filled drama between Riddle and Seth Rollins, RAW is getting better by the week.
Matches:
AJ Styles and Dolph Ziggler vs. Judgment Day: Finn Balor and Damian Priest: Priest got the win with a Chokeslam on Ziggler in a great opening encounter. After the match, The Mysterios and Edge mixed it up with Judgement Day.
Asuka, Alexa Bliss and Bianca Belair vs. Enhancement Talent: A quick squash where all three took out the jobbers.
The Alpha AcademyChad Gable and Otis Dozovic vs. The Street Profits: Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins: Kurt Angle was here for this and the stipulation was if AA won, then Angle would join them. Lots of fun spots for all four competitors. After Dawkins took out Dozovic on the outside, Ford was able to pin Gable with the Frog Splash. After the match, Kurt Angle and the gang drank some milk.
United States Champion Bobby Lashley vs. The Miz w/Ciampa: The Miz had his mind on Dexter Lumis throughout the match and Ciampa played his part well.
Kevin Owens vs. WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champion Jey Uso w/Jimmy Uso and Sami Zayn: After some lengthy promo, this match finally got underway. These two got a lot of time. A lot of near-falls. Tons of offense. Zayn refused to hit Owens with a chair, which allowed Owens to win with The Stunner.
Women’s Tag Team Title Tournament Finals: Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah vs. Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky w/Bayley: These two teams got some time too and all four had their moments to hit their spots. While Kai was solid, Sky was the crispy and sharp one. Rodriguez did the heavy lifting for her team as Aliyah was taken out ringside. Rodriguez kicked out of Sky’s Moonsault and Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss and Asuka took Bayley out of the equation, which allowed Aliyah to sneak in and get the win.
