NXT Coverage: Steiner Math Edition

The debut of Sol Rucca is proof NXT isn’t done developing new talent, but it was nice to see UK stars and more experienced wrestlers (and some Steiner Math) get more of the air time as Halloween Havoc draws closer.

Matches:

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose vs. Fallon Henley: Rose got the win but afterward, Alba Fyre had some words ahead of their match at Halloween Havoc.

Ladder Match Qualifier: Wes Lee vs. Tony D’Angelo w/ Stacks: Lee got the win after referee stoppage after D’Angelo seemed to legit hurt his knee.

Sol Rucca vs. Amani Miller: Rucca got the win with the X-Factor and Standing Flipping Double Leg Drop.

Cameron Grimes vs. Joe Gacy w/Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler: Interference from the Dyad allowed Gacy to win with his Lariat variation.

Nikkita Lyons w/Zoey Stark vs. NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Kayden Carter w/Katana Chance: Lyons got the win but Carter did the heavy lifting. This was a showcase of a performer that has a great look, but isn’t close to being ready in the ring.

Ilya Dragunov vs. Xyon Quinn: Dragunov got the win in his NXT debut that was a lot harder than anyone expected.

Damon Kemp vs. Brutus Creed: Kemp got himself DQed after he took out Creed with a chair.

Pub Rules: Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen vs. Gallus: Wolfgang and Mark Coffey: This was a rough and tumble affair that saw some belt whipping and glass breaking before Briggs and Jenson won with the High-Low on Coffey who was in a Garbage Can.
