AEW Dynamite Coverage: Stealing the Show

AEW set the bar extremely high with one of their best shows in and out of the ring this week.

Matches:

Jon Moxley vs. “Hangman” Adam Page: This was a war. These two consistently nailed each other with strikes. Page eventually got the win with the Buckshot Lariat in a match he desperately needed to win.

Jungle Boy and FTW Champion Hook vs. Big Bill and Lee Moriarty: This was all book Hook hitting the T-Bone on Big Bill. The fans loved it and then he latched on Red Rum on Moriarity.

Bryan Danielson vs. Konosuke Takeshita: An early match of the year contender. Danielson won with the Regal Stretch but Takeshita was amazing.

Saraya and Toni Storm vs. Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter: Hikaru Shida tried to help but ultimately led to Hayter and company’s win.

Best of 7 Series for the AEW World Trios Championship: The Elite: Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks: Matt and Nick Jackson w/Brandon Cutler and Michael Nakasawa vs. Death Triangle: Pentagon, Pac and Rey Fenix w//Alex Abrahamantes Match Seven: Escalera de la Muerte:The Bucks and Omega won the Trios titles in another banger, but it was of course a spot-fest with a ton of risks.
