AEW Dynamite Coverage: Bangers Galore

Four amazing matches set the tone for one of the best weeks of in-ring action in the show’s history.

Matches:

Jon Moxley w/Wheeler Yuta and Jon Moxley’s Dad vs. Hangman Page: Page got a little ahead of himself when he applied the Bully Choke and Mox took advantage and countered it into a pinning combination.

AEW World Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed: Max Caster and Anthony Bowens w/Billy Gunn vs. Enhancement Talent: A squash that set up a Title Encounter with the Ass Boys.

Konosuke Takeshita vs. ROH Six-Man Champion Brian Cage w/Prince Nana: Cage is amazing, but Takeshita won with his Jumping Knee. Another banger in a night of bangers.

Bryan Danielson vs. Timothy Thatcher:Danielson won with the Running Knee, but man, Thatcher was impressive. MJF and Konosuke Takeshita got involved too to add some spice. This was a textbook example of how to put a debuting star over in defeat. Thatcher needs to stick around.

TBS Champion Jade Cargill w/Leila Grey vs. Red Velvet:Of course Cargill won. She’s 50-0 now.

TNT Champion Darby Allin vs. ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe: A war. Blood. Counters. Brawling. Joe scored the hard-fought win and had to deal with Wardlow after. That feud appears ready to begin again. A wonderful main event.
