5 TNA Stars Who Would Make a Grand Entrance in WWE

Impact wrestling hosts a hardy roster of up and coming stars and established veterans, but what performers could actually thrive in the WWE? Not many. It’s one of the reasons why WWE washouts end up in TNA and not the other way around. In this exclusive list, Review Fix breaks down five stars in TNA who would make an instant “impact” in the company.

5: Joey Ryan: The king of sleaze would be an excellent addition to the lower mid-card on Smackdown. His diminutive size would be a problem at first, but with his work effort in the ring and charisma, he’d quickly win fans over. He’d work great with vanilla faces the likes of Santino Marella and Kofi Kingston and would make for a fun job out to the bigger performers-especially after some of his antics.

4: Eric Young: Think Santino Marella is funny? Young is hilarious. On top of that, he’s an amazing worker who can be a heel or a face. He can also work just as well as a singles performer and he can in tag team action. His Youngblood Neckbreaker would turn the WWE on its head. Some of the smaller stars in the WWE don’t have my new matchups on their horizon and the addition of Young would spice up the entire Intercontinental and United States title scenes.

3: Samoa Joe: It doesn’t matter how big or fast you are. Joe is going to kill you. With a host of big youngsters on the WWE roster the likes of Big E. Langston and Ryback, Joe would teach them a thing or two about respect. on top of that, Joe has amazing chemistry with CM Punk from his days in Ring of Honor. His matches with Kurt Angle, Christopher Daniels and AJ Styles as well prove he’d have one of a kind matchups with Kofi Kingston, Sin Cara and Dolph Ziggler. This is a no-brainer.

2: AJ Styles: This makes even more sense. With Evan Bourne’s washing out of the company, Styles could be the daredevil the company sorely needs. He’s done just about everything you can do in TNA and the WWE would give him that change of scenery he desperately needs. His matches with much larger opponents during his tenure in TNA also shows he doesn’t have to be relegated to the lower mid-card. He just has to learn to use a microphone properly.

1: Sting: A decade ago, this would have been so much cooler, but even as his career winds down, Sting is capable of a fun final run, his first, in the WWE. Petrified that the WWE will tarnish his legacy, The Stinger will never jump into the much larger pond. It doesn’t mean he can’t swim there though. Quite the contrary. Even in his 50s, Sting would entertain on the mic and in the ring. While a matchup with The Undertaker will never happen, wouldn’t it be nuts to see Sting vs. Triple H, John Cena or CM Punk?
