WWE RAW Coverage: Strowman Makes a Statement

A surprise appearance from Trish Stratus and Kevin Owens’ “Quitting” could save RAW from the mediocre this week. With The Shield back, but no clear path set for their future, RAW feels like it’s stuck in limbo.

Matches:

Baron Corbin vs. Finn Balor: Corbin used a chair on Balor to get DQed, but announced that it was a No DQ match. Corbin then hit the End of Days for the win.

Sasha Banks w/Bayley vs. Dana Brooke w/Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews: Banks won with the Bank Statement in a match that did little to entertain.

Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens: Match of the night as Owens nearly won on several occasions, but after Owens missed the Moonsault, Rollins got the win with the Blackout.

WWE RAW Tag Team Champions: The B-Team: Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas vs. The Revival: Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder: The Revival got the win with the Shatter Machine in a non-title match. After the match, then nailed Dallas with their finisher as well.

Natalya w/RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and Trish Stratus vs. Alicia Fox w/Alexa Bliss and Mickie James: Neidhart got the win with the Sharpshooter in a glorified squash.

Bobby Lashley vs. The Ascension: Viktor and Konnor: The Destroyer did just that as he put Viktor away with the Sit-Out Dominator.

Dean Ambrose vs. Jinder Mahal w/Sunil Singh: Ambrose got the convincing win with the Dirty Deeds.

Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman vs. Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler: Strowman allowed McIntyre and Ziggler to beat on Reigns and then he finished him off with a Running Powerslam before Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre destroyed The Shield.
