AEW Dark Results: Spears Loading Up

Though Dark suffered from the usual issues, it was more of a mixed bag with promos and back-stage segments, breaking up the saturated card. 

Matches: 

Eddie Taurus vs. Shawn Spears w/ Tully Blanchard: Spears scored the win with the C4 and loaded the glove and cracked Taurus with a Palm Strike for good measure.

Faboo Andre and Ryzin vs. Santana and Ortiz: Ortiz planted Andre with a Powerbomb and Santana followed up with a PK to pick up the win. After the bell PnP grabbed a mic and called out Best Friends.

Allie w/ QT Marshall vs. Cassandra Golden: Allie fired up and dropped Golden with Down the Rabbit Hole for the win.

Frankie Kazarian vs. Angelico: Kaz countered a Crucifix Bomb with a Reverse DDT to score the pinfall victory.

Donnie Primetime and Ryan Rembrandt vs. The Gunn Club:  Billy and Austin Gunn: Austin hit the Quickdraw Hip Toss Neckbreaker to put another notch in the win column for Gunn Club.

Dani Jordan vs. Abadon: The Living Dead Girl worked her opponents leg all match long and finally forced her to tap with a Figure Four and beat on her knee for good measure. 

Tony Donati vs. “Absolute” Ricky Starks: Stark rocked Donati with Ro Sham Beaux in the center of the ring for the one, two, three. 

Jurassic Express: Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus w/ Marko Stunt vs. Jon Cruz and David Ali: Luchasaurus tossed Cruz to Jungle Boy for an Assisted Neckbreaker for the win.

Red Velvet vs. Anna Jay w/ Dark Order: Jay locked in a Sleeperhold to force Velvet to tap or pass out.

“The Captain” Shawn Dean vs. “Superbad” Kip Sabian w/ Penelope Ford: Dean almost had the upset but fell victim to the rope-assisted Neckbreaker.

The Initiative: Brandon Cutler and “The Librarian” Peter Avalon w/ “The Librarian” Leva Bates: vs. Private Party: Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen: Cutler hit a 450 on Quen but Kassidy was the legal man and rolled him up while he went for the pin on the wrong competitor. After the match, Avalon snapped and beat his partner down.
