WWE RAW Power Rankings: No One Close to Bryan

After the sleep-inducing episode of RAW this week, the WWE’s signature show was better, but not by much. The huge card failed to deliver the proper drama to help build intrigue for Hell in a Cell. Simply put, the WWE needs to shake things up and fast.

Check out our weekly RAW Power Rankings to see what WWE Superstars have the most momentum going into Hell in a Cell.

Honorable Mention: Antonio Cesaro: Easily the strongest man in the company, he made a rather silly tag team match interesting with an awesome exhibition of strength. Simply put, this guy needs/deserves a shot at the Intercontinental Title and eventually, the World Championship.

5: Randy Orton: “The Viper” had a decent match with The Miz this week and aside from mediocre promo with Shawn Michaels to start the show, “The Apex Predator” is one of the best of a less than stellar bunch of possible future WWE Champion. One things for sure though, while wins over former WWE Champions will help, ones over The Miz, who hasn’t been over in a year and cheap pop-filled promos aren’t the best way to advance his character. This week was definitely a step in the wrong direction for “The Legend Killer.”

4: Alberto Del Rio: The only World Champion in the company, Del Rio had an excellent match with Daniel Bryan this week. Although he’s far from over, he’s a solid worker who can fill time on TV without putting fans to sleep. Sorry to say, that may be enough for him to keep the title until Hell in a Cell.

3: Triple H: The COO was in rare form this week, showing the type of passion we haven’t seen from him in months. It appears Triple H has his sights set on a match with The Big Show. With such a lack of drama on the show the past few months, an encounter between the two legends would definitely be “best for business.”

2: CM Punk: In just 5:30, Punk delivered the best-paced match on this week’s RAW. Set for another encounter with Paul Heyman and Ryback, this time in the Hell in a Cell, can Punk finally end this drawn-out feud and get back in the World Title picture?

1: Daniel Bryan: All Bryan continues to do is be the only member of the RAW roster that inspires the audience to feel. From his promos to performances in the ring, Bryan remains the top performer in the company today.
