‘Guitar Hero Live’ Will Make You Feel Like a Rockstar

The visuals in previous games in the “Guitar Hero” series have always been fun, but the 3D camera and first person view in the story mode of“Guitar Hero Live” has a different goal.

Add in top-notch sound, which actually changes depending on where your character is on the screen and “Guitar Hero Live” is all about recreating the feeling of being on stage.

“Over the course of the story mode, you’ll play sets with different bands,” Jim Norris, Designer at Freestyle Games, told Examiner in an exclusive interview. “There will be some interaction on your way to the stage and in-between songs, they’ll be more interaction based on the way you played. At the end of the set on the way off the stage there will be more interaction between you and your bandmates. That’s not even counting the interaction you’ll have during songs as well. The new system is all about constant changes in real-time. The reactions will get different every time and you’ll feel like you are on stage.”
