‘RBI Baseball 15’ Mobile Review: Old-School Fun on the Go

If you were turned off by “RBI Baseball 15” on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One earlier this month, the iOS version won’t exactly change your mind fully on the series, but to be fair, the type of simple gameplay it creates is just perfect on the iPhone and iPad.

Simple to play, the game just feels tailor-made for the platform. Simple button presses and easier throwing and pitching mechanics on the touch-screen make “RBI Baseball 15” on the iOS a better game than the next-generation versions.

In the end, that’s more what this game is about- an homage to the golden age of gaming and sports games. It is not, in any way, shape, or form, a game that is competition for “MLB The Show,” but it doesn’t have to be.

Simply put, it’s the best looking and complete baseball game on the iOS and Android.
