NXT Coverage: Joe Puts Balor to Sleep

With just a week to go before NXT Takeover London, the build up continued as every competitor on the mead-event’s card had either a statement match or a promo to get viewers excited for their matches. Although there was little in terms of unpredictability, it’s hard to argue with five matches in an hour.

Matches:

Enzo Amore and Colin Cassidy w/Carmella vs. Corey Hollis and John Skyler: Amore was tougher than usual and Cassidy was a destroyer as the NXT cult-favorite tag team laid waste to the knock-off version of Dash and Dawson with the Rocket Launcher. After the match, they cut a fierce promo, proclaiming just how ready they are for Takeover London.
