NXT Power Rankings: Itami and Dillinger Rising

With the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic set for another year and a wonderful main event, this week’s NXT had just enough sizzle to make up for some weak squash matches.

Check out this week’s NXT Power Rankings to see who dominated in and out of the ring.

Honorable Mention: Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano: They still want a shot at The Revival and the NXT Tag Team Championship, but they have their sights set on winning the second annual Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Tournament.

5: Ember Moon: Her win over the debuting Mandy Rose was an impressive one. Simply put, Moon needs to get in the ring with Asuka.

4: Asuka: Her decimation of Liv morgan proves once again she’s the most dominant WOmen’s Champion NXT has ever had.

3: Tye Dillinger: The fans love him. He’s got a gimmick that simply works for him. Add in a solid moveset and plenty of charisma and Dillinger is ready to be a real force in NXT. His allegiance with Bobby Roode could be the start of something special too.

2: Hideo Itami: If a feud with Austin Aries wasn’t enough, Itami is on the hottest streak of his NXT career.

1: Samoa Joe: Interrupting a Tag Team title match between the Ealy Brothers and The Revival, Joe continued to lay waste to the NXT roster. With the promise that the beatings will continue until he gets a rematch with Shinsuke Nakamura, Joe is easily the most dominant performer on the NXT card right now.
