205 Live Coverage: Aries Makes In-Ring Debut

Austin Aries’ in-ring debut was more than enough to make up for two other boring segments. Simply put, the thought of an Aries/Neville match at Wrestlemania is enough to set the Cruiserweight Division on fire.

Matches:

Jack Gallagher and Rich Swann vs. Noam Dar and Ariya Daivari: Swann got the win with Phoenix 450 in an otherwise average match that did little to advance any storylines.

Akira Tozawa vs. Bryan Kendrick w/Brian Kendrick: Tozawa got the quick win with the Snap German Suplex.

Austin Aries vs. Tony Nese: This was a fantastic match that showed the strengths of both Nese and Aries. Although Nese nearly won on several occasions, Aries got the win with the Roaring Elbow.
