205 Live Coverage: Neville and Perkins Dominant

The conclusion of the Noam Dar/Alicia Fox drama with Rich Swann was awful, but Drew Gulak’s new angle and three solid matches made up for it in what was an overall solid episode of 205 Live.

Akira Tozawa vs. Tony Nese: Tozawa got the win with a Rollup in a highly-competitive match that Brian Kendrick spoiled thanks to his interference. After the match, Nese took out Kendrick.

Mustafa Ali vs. Ariya Daivari: The new-look Daivari got the surprise win with the Hammerlock Lariat. While Drew Gulak played a role, it was an impressive win by Daivari.

TJ Perkins vs. Austin Aries: A lengthy match with plenty of action that saw Perkins get his Detonation Kick countered by Aries into the Discus Firearm for the win. After the match, Neville hit the ring, but Aries locked him in the Last Chancery until Perkins made the save. The two then beat on Aries before Perkins hit him with the Detonation Kick and Neville locked on the Rings of Saturn to end the show.
