GFW Impact Coverage: AAA and GFW War Heating Up

More drama with AAA and GFW and the continued growth of Eli Drake as the GFW Champion ensured this was another solid week of Impact.

Matches:

Chris Adonis vs. Garza Jr.: Adonis was dominant, but interference from Johnny Impact led to the DQ.

GFW Tag Team Champions: oVe: Jake and Dave: vs. John Bolen and Trey Miguel: Squash match as Jake and Dave quickly won with the High/Low Kick Combo.

X-Division Champion: Trevor Lee, Caleb Konley and Andrew Everett vs. Sonjay Dutt, Petey Williams, Matt Sydal: Lots of offense, but Sydal got the win with the Shooting Star Press. After the match, Dutt, Williams and Sydal all fought amongst themselves for a shot at the X-Division title.

Texano and El Hijo del Fantasma w/Pagano vs. Ethan Carter III and James Storm: Lots of quality teamwork and hatred between these two teams, but Pagano held down Storm’s legs to get the cheap win for the heels.
