GFW Impact Coverage: Carter Finished, Yung Debuts

The end of Ethan Carter III’s GFW career and the beginning of Su Yung’s made for an intriguing episode of Impact that got it down in and out of the ring. Between Eddie Edwards’ drama with oVe and the Monster’s Ball main event, the show never let up.

Matches:

Fallah Bahh vs. Trevor Lee w/Caleb Konley: Thanks to interference from Konley, Bahh got the loss via School Boy from the second rope.

GFW X-Division Champion Matt Sydal vs. Rohit Raju: Sydal got the quick win with the Sunset Flip Powerbomb/Shooting Star Press combination.

GFW Women’s Champion Allie vs. Sienna: Good back and forth that Sienna dominated until Allie hit the Super Kick out of nowhere to steal the win. After the match, Braxton Sutter hit the ring and before it was all over, Su Yung debut and nailed Allie with the Panic Switch.

Monsters Ball: Abyss w/James Mitchell vs. Kongo King w/Jimmy Jacobs: Abyss fought hard but could never put Kong away. Kong managed to do the impossible after a Chokeslam on a Barbed Wire Table- and that was hitting the top rope Splash and pinning Abyss for the win.
