NXT Coverage: Johnny Holds Off Undisputed Era

Four enjoyable matches and some solid vignettes ensured that NXT was once again the best show on WWE Network this week.

Matches:

Humberto Carrillo vs. Jaxson Ryker w/Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake: Ryker nailed Carrillo with a plethora of strikes and the Widow Maker, but Carrillo managed to escape to the outside and ended up getting counted out. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch came to Carrillo’s aid to end the segment.

Aliyah and Vanessa Borne vs. Candice LeRae and Kacy Catanzaro: LeRae dominated and got the win with the Lionsault.

The Street Profits: Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins vs. The NXT Tag Team Champions: The War Raiders: Hanson and Rowe: The Profits came to fight, but Rowe and Hanson won with the Pop Up Powerslam.

NXT Champion Johnny Gargano vs. Roderick Strong: This was a war that got spicy in the end as the rest of the Undisputed Era and Matt Riddle got involved. After Cole accidentally nailed Strong with a kick, Gargano won with the Slingshot DDT.
