NXT Coverage: More Takeover Fallout, Again

Three matches and more fallout from Takeover XXV made for a fun night of NXT action, but one that was far from eventful.

Io Shirai and Candice LeRae vs. Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke: This ended in a no-contest after the drama spilled to the outside. By the time it was all over, Shirai was fighting NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler on the ramp and LeRae dominated the other two four horsemen.

Drew Gulak vs. Kushida: This was a fun one as the two submission masters fought hard until Kushida put away Gulak with the Hoverboard Lock.

Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch vs. Undisputed ERA: Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong: After Jaxson Ryker interfered, Burch swept in and Rolled Up O’Reilly for the win.
