NXT UK Coverage: Ray Dominant

The NXT UK Universe was treated to two excellent matches, a slew of fun promos, and an overall fantastic episode. It was a return to form for one of the more overlooked shows that WWE offers. 

Matches: 

Xia Brookside vs. the NXT UK Women’s Champion: Kay Lee Ray: Brookside couldn’t find her wings and ate a Superkick followed up by a Gorybomb for the three-count, cementing the dominance of the Champ.

Ligero vs. “The Kiwi Buzzsaw” Travis Banks: Banks and Ligero were busy tearing the house down when Joseph Conners attacked the Leedensian Luchadore while both the Ref and the Kiwi Buzzsaw had their backs turned. Banks didn’t know what happened, but capitalized regardless, scoring the win with a Slice of Heaven. Conners didn’t let him rejoice in his victory and beat both men down, grabbed a mic, and cut a scathing promo saying everyone is going to suffer along with him. 

Kassius Ohno vs. Tyler Bate: Ohno and Bate pushed each other to their absolute limits, and tore the house down in the process. In the end, the Inaugural United Kingdom Champion stood tall, pinning the veteran with an Airplane Spin into a Tyler Driver 97.
