NXT UK 2019 Power Rankings: Walter’s Rules

NXT UK has provided some of the best wrestling in WWE recently, and is criminally under-watched and underappreciated. The Wrestlers there are infinitely talented and deserve the spotlight that only the E can provide. With that said, here’s the top of NXT UK for 2019.

5: Grizzled Young Veterans: James Drake and “Liverpool’s Number One” Zack Gibson: GYV have had excellent matches in 2019 and Gibson is great on the stick. The Grizzled, Grizzled Young Veterans are destined for big things.

4: The NXT UK Women’s Champion: Kay Lee Ray: KLR’s mind games are second to none and is an absolute ring general. Though her reign as NXT UK Women’s Champion hasn’t been as memorable as one would hope, her consistency in the ring and on the mic can’t be overlooked.

3: Tyler Bate: As one of the founding fathers of NXT UK, the inaugural United Kingdom Champion, and possibly the most beloved figure of the brand. And he’s only 22 years old. Bate has “it” and has the potential to do great things in WWE. 

2: Imperium: Fabian Aichner, Marcel Barthel, and Alexander Wolfe: These three come off as a legitimate threat and elevate anyone that steps between the ropes with them. They’re technical savages and have been dominant since the faction’s inception. 

1: The United Kingdom Champion: Walter: The leader of Imperium and United Kingdom Champion has been so unstoppable that no other person could top this list. The Ring General has dominated at the top of the card and doesn’t look like he’ll slow down any time soon.
