The finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic highlighted a lukewarm episode of NXT.

Matches:

Finn Balor vs. Trent Seven: Seven didn’t lay down, but Balor got the win with the 1916.

Shotzi Blackheart vs. Deonna Purrazzo:Blackheart won with the Senton, but Purrazzo made her look much better than anyone else would have.

Dominik Dijakovic vs. Damian Priest: This was an absolute war. A Poisonrana from Priest was insane, but a Feast Your Eyes got the former ROH Top Prospect the win.

Tegan Knox vs. Dakota Kai: Candice LeRae got involved and it allowed Knox to hit the Shiniest Wizard for the victory.

Chelsea Green w/Robert Stone vs. Kayden Carter: Green was too busy showing off, allowing Carter to win with a Rollup.

Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Finals: Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle vs. The Grizzled Young Veterans: James Drake and Zack Gibson: Both teams were wonderful, but the Brosweights got the win with the Bro to Sleep Combination in one of the best matches of the year.
