An explosive opening match and a barn burning main event made this week’s episode of NXT UK an awesome one.

Matches:

Imperium: Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner vs. Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith: It wasn’t easy for Imperium, and it looked like there would be an upset at one point, however a European Bomb would earn them the win. 

Nina Samuels vs. Aoife Valkyrie: Samuels showboating cost her when a pissed off Valkyrie hit a Guillotine Leg Drop from the top rope to put the drama queen away.

A-Kid vs. “The Scottish Supernova” Noam Dar: Dar caught A-Kid with a questionable shot to the inner thigh allowing him to follow up with Nova Roller for the pinfall victory.

NXT Cruiserweight Championship Match: “The Kiwi Buzzsaw” Travis Banks vs. “The Irish Ace” Jordan Devlin: Both competitors brought their best, and Banks gave Devlin all he could handle, driving the Irish Ace to grab the bottom rope for extra leverage while covering the Kiwi Buzzsaw to retain his title.
