AEW Dynamite Results: Dark Order arising

A great card from top to bottom capped off with a shocking finish to the main event made this special Saturday edition of Dynamite one to remember.

Matches:

FTR: Dax Hardwood and Cash Wheeler vs. Private Party: Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen: Private Party did more than keep up for the entire match until a single mistake cost them when Quen got caught with the Goodnight Express.

Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Jurassic Express: Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy w/ Marko Stunt and The Natural Nightmares: QT Marshall and “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes vs. The Lucha Bros: Pentagon Jr., and Rey Fenix and The Butcher and The Blade: Infighting between Blade and Penta cost them the match when Jungle Boy took the opportunity to Schoolboy Blade and steal the win. After the match Eddie Kingston made peace between the heels and possibly convinced them to band together.

Dark Order: John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and Alan “V” Angels vs. The Elite: The Young Bucks: Nick and Matt Jackson, and the AEW World Tag Team Champion: Kenny Omega: Angels impressed until Omega caught him with a One Winged Angel to score the win. The Tag Champ tried to seriously injure V after the match by powerbombing him onto an upside down folding chair but the Bucks wouldn’t let him.

Darby Allin vs. Will Hobbs: Allin laid Hobbs supine in the middle of the ring and hit the Coffin Drop to win the Davis vs. Goliath matchup. “Absolute” Ricky Starks came out after the match with half skull paint and jumped the Relentless one with the help of Brian Cage.

AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament Finals: Diamante and Ivelisse vs. The Nightmare Sisters: Brandi Rhodes and Allie w/ The Natural Nightmares: “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall: Allie got caught with a rush of offence that she couldn’t shake off and ate the pin by Ivelisse to crown the heavy hitting Latinas Cup Winners.

TNT Championship Match: “The Exalted One” Mr. Brodie Lee vs. The TNT Champion: “The American Nightmare” Cody w/ “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson: Lee swung hard out the gate and never let up, finally hitting the big Discus Lariat to put Cody down and become the new TNT Champion.
