AEW Dynamite Coverage: Kenny Looking to Clean Up

This week’s AEW was a thing of beauty. The mid-card is deep. All the titles matter and get the respect they deserve. Plenty of performers are in the mix and able to grow. This is the way wrestling deserves to be.

“Hangman” Adam Page vs. John Silver: Page won with the Buckshot Lariat, but how can you not love the work of Silver? He looked fantastic out there and made Page work. After the match, Evil Uno made sure to let Page know he was welcome in The Dark Order whenever he wanted.

Lee Johnson vs. “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs: Hobbs won with The World’s Strongest Slam in record time.

TH2: Angelico and Jack Evans vs. Top Flight “Air Wolf” Darius and “Angel Dorado” Daunte Martin: A totally spot fest, but fun. Angelica got the win with the Inverted Figure-Four and didn’t break the hold until The Young Bucks got involved.

Inner Circle: Chris Jericho and Jake Hager vs. SCU: Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian: MJF nailed Daniels with the ring and then the former ROH Champion got smoked with the Judas Effect, allowing Hager to get the win.

Anna Jay vs. AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida: Jay was solid, but Shida got the expected win with the Running Knee.
