NXT Coverage: Returns and Feuds Fuel War Games Build

The War Games build, the return of The Grizzled Young Veterans, Kevin Owens on commentary and Finn Balor waiting for an opponent, as well as the war between The Undisputed Era and Pat McAffee made for an excellent episode of NXT.

Matches:

Ember Moon vs. Candice LeRae w/ Indi Hartwell: This was a fun one that saw Hartwell take the fall for LeRae who capitalized and hit the Poison Pixie for the win. After the match Toni Storm turned heel and beat on Moon as well.

Timothy Thatcher vs. Kushida: This was a far and a Submission fest. A blast to watch, Kushida edged out Thatcher with the Hoverboard Lock. Tomasso Ciampa was on the ramp, which absolutely caused a distraction.

Cameron Grimes vs. Jake Atlas: Grimes got the quick win with the Standing Spanish Fly and Cave in. After the much though, Dexter Lumis made sure he was ready for Grimes in a Strap match for War Games.

WarGames Advantage Ladder Match: Pete Dunne vs. Kyle O’Reilly: Dunne hit The Bitter End on the Guard Rail and got assistance from a hooded man to gain the win in an absolutely marvelous main event.
