RAW Coverage: McIntyre Wins Back WWE Title

The final build for Survivor series from the Red Brand is complete. This show was a slow-paced mess away from Drew MCIntyre reclaiming the WWE Title before Survivor Series. A major title change like that should have been huge, but the show was a mess otherwise. Why is AJ Styles a joke? What is going on with The Fiend? Why does Lana have to go through a table every week? Who is writing this?

Matches:

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: Mia Jax and Shayna Baszler and Lana vs. WWE RAW Women’s Champion Asuka, Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose: Asuka tapped out Lana and after the match, Jax put Lana through the announce table, again.

The Hurt Business: Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander w/MVP vs. WWE Tag Team Champions: The New Day: Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston: The Champs hit Daybreak for the hard-fought win before Survivor Series.

Retribution: Dominik Dijakovic, Shane Thorne and Dio Maddin and /Mustafa Ali vs. Riddle, Keith Lee, Sheamus and Braun Strowman: Sheamus and Strowman couldn’t get on the same page again and Ali was able to steal the win.

Bray Wyatt w/Alexa Bliss vs. The Miz and John Morrison: Wyatt won with Sister Abigial, but it appeared after the match that The Fiend had found him.

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre: Orton was no joke, but McIntyre hit The Claymore to win back the title before Summerslam.
