AEW Dynamite Coverage: Great Promos

A great opening and main event match and more awesome promo from Jeff Jarett (Banana Nose Circus) MJF and Jon Moxley made the most of an otherwise average show of Dynamite.

Matches:

The Ass Boys: Austin and Colten Gunn and Swerve in Our Glory: “Limitless” Keith Lee and Shane “Swerve” Strickland vs. ROH, IWGP and AAA Tag Team Champions FTR: Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood and AEW Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed: Anthony Bowens and Max Caster: This was a war and it wasn’t until the Gunn boys were isolated that the Champs could pick up the win, but not without the Big Rig from FTR.

AEW World Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament First Round Match: Eddie Kingston vs. “All Ego” Ethan Page: A fun one, but one that Page needed to win. He did after a low blow and a sexy Avalanche Ego’s Edge.

Ari Daivari vs. TNT Champion Wardlow: Powerbomb Symphony. What did you expect? After the match though, Samoa Joe took out Wardlow.

Jay Lethal vs. Trent Beretta: Danhausen, Satnam Singh, Sanjay Dutt and Chuck Taylor were all ringside and that all led to a distraction that allowed Lethal to hit the Lethal Injection for the win.

Jamie Hayter vs. Skye Blue w/AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm: Hayter won with her Lariat and got some help from Britt Baker.

Two-Out-Of-Three-Falls: Bryan Danielson vs. Sammy Guevara: Guevara got himself DQEd and scored a pinball to even things up, but Danielson won with the LaBell Lock to end it. Awesome match with plenty of drama.
